Priority Projects Requiring Donor Support

Priority 1 – Gynaecology & Maternity Care Expansion (Rs. 40 Million)

Construction and renovation of Fatima Block (2 stories) including ramp, elevator, labor room, operation theatre, nursery, and essential medical equipment to improve maternal and neonatal care.

Priority 2 – Main Operation Theatre, Emergency Block (Rs. 20 Million)

Renovation and equipping of the main operation theatre for general surgery, orthopedic surgery, ENT, and urology services to strengthen emergency surgical capacity.

Priority 3 – Hospital Access Road (Rs. 10 Million)

Carpeting of the main access road from hospital entrance to the gynaecology block to ensure safe and smooth access for patients and ambulances.

Priority 4 – Nurses Hostel (Rs. 15 Million)

Construction of a nurses hostel on the 4th floor of Qazi Block with elevator to ensure 24/7 availability of nursing staff.

Priority 5 – Hospital Stores (Rs. 5 Million)

Construction of hospital stores adjacent to the proposed dialysis hall to ensure proper storage and availability of medical supplies.

Priority 6 – Paramedical Education Support (Rs. 10 Million)

Provision of classroom chairs and audio-visual aids for Mansoorah Institute of Paramedics Sciences, Lahore, to support quality paramedical education.
